Walk across the sands of Morecambe Bay |

This is a 6-7 mile walk from Arnside to Kents Bank ( or vice versa), and can only be done under supervision of the official sand pilot- Cedric Robinson ( as fetured on TV). It takes about 3 hours.
We are hoping that this year the water level on the river Kent will enable a full crossing to take place (unlike last year). We don't yet have information from the sand pilot on when wlaks will take place in 2006, but if you are interested in taking part, please let Kath Fry know and she will send you details as and when dates are finalised.
