The Bungalow is a barrier free building designed to open Ghyll Head’s facilities to a wider range of groups, particularly those with special needs or particular interests.
This facility is open to all. It is possible to book an activity course led by the Ghyll Head staff or to run your own programme.
The Bungalow can be used in conjunction with the main centre allowing us to accommodate groups of up to 50 people.

- Courses for small groups of up to 13 people - 6 bedrooms (2x1 bed, 1x2 beds and 3x3 beds)
- Stunning views from the lounge and classroom windows across Windermere to the Coniston and Langdale Fells
- Accommodation includes lounge, dining area, games room, classroom, and drying room
- Fully fitted kitchen will allow the option of self catering
- Costs from £15.50 per person per night for self catered and self programmed groups
  
We have various NGB and skills courses on offer based from the bungalow ( see specialist courses), but the facility is mainly available for groups from schools, youth clubs and community groups.
